Refund Policy

At Path To Potential, we strive to deliver high-quality educational support. We understand that circumstances may change, so this policy outlines how we handle cancellations and refunds for booked sessions.
1. Cancellations by the Client

24 hours’ notice (or more):
You may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. You will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule your session. -
Less than 24 hours’ notice:
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances (such as a medical emergency). In such cases, we may offer a credit or reschedule at our discretion.
2. Missed Sessions / No-Shows

If a session is missed without notice ("no-show"), no refund or reschedule will be offered.

Please notify us as early as possible if you’re unable to attend.
3. Cancellations by Path To Potential

If we need to cancel a session (e.g. due to illness or emergency), you will receive:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule at your convenience.
