Refund Policy

Effective Date: 22 June 2025

At Path To Potential, we strive to deliver high-quality educational support. We understand that circumstances may change, so this policy outlines how we handle cancellations and refunds for booked sessions.
 

1. Cancellations by the Client

  • 24 hours’ notice (or more):
    You may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. You will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule your session.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice:
    If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances (such as a medical emergency). In such cases, we may offer a credit or reschedule at our discretion.


     

2. Missed Sessions / No-Shows

  • If a session is missed without notice ("no-show"), no refund or reschedule will be offered.

  • Please notify us as early as possible if you’re unable to attend.

     

3. Cancellations by Path To Potential

  • If we need to cancel a session (e.g. due to illness or emergency), you will receive:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to reschedule at your convenience.

       

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the transaction to process.
